I just had my last occupational therapy session with Jenny, after working with her since late December on my tennis elbow. I found Jenny to be both compassionate and expert at her job.
I felt I was in excellent hands while Jenny was treating me -- she seemed to have a perfect understanding of the injury, and she was highly empathetic, which is surely a great asset in her field. But in addition to her technical expertise, Jenny is kind, friendly and affable, while always behaving in a professional manner.
I was also impressed with Jenny's ability to manage a group of patients all at once, somehow managing to make each patient feel we had her full attention and making sure each patient was occupied productively at all times.
Jenny is a credit to the profession, and I'm sure she'll go far.
