I know in the past you must have received letters of praise for the
work ethics and the dedicated effort that the Metro SportsMed , Park
Slope facility physical therapists have done. Their help in assisting
us, the patients, to cope with our ever increasing physical
inadequacies to just function and complete our chores, is extra
ordinary!
I know in the past you must have received letters of praise for the work ethics and the dedicated effort that the Metro SportsMed , Park Slope facility physical therapists have done. Their help in assisting us, the patients, to cope with our ever increasing physical inadequacies to just function and complete our chores, is extra ordinary!
However, I for one would like to relate to you that I think, and my wife of 66 years, Ruth, agrees, that every last one of the below listed employees, at the Park Slope facility, that take our calls, set up our schedules, and makes our appointments, as well as your back office employees, unseen as that usually are, all in our estimation make your location, at Park Slope, a very complete and most efficient unit.
It accomplishes your idea and design to make one’s visit, an overall positive, pleasurable and successful therapeutic experience.
It is most fortunate for my wife and I, that we have a wonderful doctor whose strong belief in physical and aquatic therapy to have recommended the Metro SportsMed facility to us. It has been a boon to my existence since our first visits!
We have found the physical therapists to be the finest, well educated, and well trained professionals. They are all always willing to assist and help at the slightest provocation. It is something we have found lacking in many of the other facilities, that at our ages being 88 and 87, has allowed us to be exposed to and experience over our many years.
We have become so enamored with the effectiveness of the Metro SportsMed facility and its concept, that we have recommended it to numerous friends and acquaintances.
My favorite way of expressing what I mean is when I say, “I consider the advent of your addition of AQUATIC THERAPY to your treatment program the best thing that has ever happened to me since the invention of BREAD & BUTTER”
I apologize about the length of this letter and I appreciate your indulgence in giving up some of your valuable time to read this. It is why I specifically listed all the personnel at the Park Slope Facility, as they are, without exception, all responsible for this commendation.
