Alice joined Metro SportsMed, PC in 2001 and has been the site manager for the company since 2004. She graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo and became a physical therapist in 2000.

A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Alice is also a frequent speaker for the New York Chapter of Arthritis Foundation. She obtained her Master's degree in Business Administration from Baruch/Mount Sinai School of Medicine in 2007.
